   We established our accounting practice in Little Falls, New York in 1993. Today, four full-time preparers work with our personal and business tax clients through all three office locations throughout the Mohawk Valley region.

QUALIFICATIONS

   Our tax preparation work is completed or reviewed by Bill Read or Dave Read, both ENROLLED AGENTS with the Internal Revenue Service. As Enrolled Agents, we are federally licensed to represent clients before both the audit and collection divisions of the IRS for returns we prepare as well as returns prepared elsewhere. Enrolled Agents must pass a series of rigorous exams administered by the IRS and then adhere to a substantial annual continuing education schedule to maintain enrollment. This assures our clients that we will continue to remain current with the changing world of tax regulation.

UP-TO-DATE PRACTICES

   We use professional-grade, highly sophisticated software that allows us to deeply analyze our clients' tax situation and prepare personal and business returns for federal agencies and all 50 states. All files are backed up in both electronic and hard copy form. Clients are offered copies of their returns in hard copy and/or electronic form.
